The 3rd Church of Christ, Scientist, in Dallas hosted a wonderful food drive event last weekend. It featured inspirational talks by two Christian Science Lecturers and lunch, all the while collecting non-perishables for a local food bank.
They were also kind enough to invite us perform some of our music, an offer which we happily accepted. We feel very blessed and grateful to have been part of the afternoon – big thanks to them!
It was very well organized with much love and attention paid to the details, including a dedicated snowcone truck … which was our first taste of summer 🙂
