Big thanks to 7th Church of Christ, Scientist, Washington DC, for inviting us to play music for their annual Love-a-Thon! It is quite an event and we have enjoyed it very much the past couple of years. It is a musical program put on by 7th church and another Christian church from the neighborhood, and the theme this year was overcoming fear with Love.
Tessa wasn’t able to make it this time, but fortunately our good friend Allison was able to step in and grace us with her beautiful soprano. We performed Father of Lights and then led the audience in singing the great gospel song Total Praise (by Richard Smallwood). The live recordings are below – enjoy!
